With over 20 years of experience as a diplomat leading security and law enforcement initiatives in high-threat and conflict environments, David has directed operations leveraging emerging technologies to secure communities, advance justice and combat corruption across Latin America, Africa and Eastern Europe. He has worked alongside U.S. interagency teams and foreign partners to disrupt criminal networks and strengthen security and stability worldwide.
