Beyond Meat, Inc. (NASDAQ: BYND)
- On October 24, 2025, Beyond Meat announced that it “expects to record a non-cash impairment charge for the three months ended September 27, 2025, related to certain of its long-lived assets,” which it “expected to be material.” On this news, the price of Beyond Meat stock dropped roughly 23%, from $2.84 per share on October 23, 2025 to $2.185 per share on October 24, 2025.
- Then, on November 3, 2025, the company delayed its earnings announcement for 3Q 25 as it needed more time to complete the impairment review. This news caused Beyond Meat stock to decline substantially during the trading day on November 3, 2025.

Alvotech (NASDAQ: ALVO)
- On November 3, 2025, Alvotech received a Complete Response Letter from the FDA regarding its AVT05 BLA biologics license application following a failed facility inspection in July 2025. On this news, Alvotech’s stock fell $2.62, or 34.25%, to close at $5.03 per share.

Camping World Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CWH)
- On October 28, 2025, Camping World issued a press release announcing its third-quarter 2025 financial results. Among other items, the press release disclosed that "the Company's management identified prior period misstatements related to the measurement of the realizable portion of the Company's outside basis difference deferred tax asset in CWGS Enterprises, LLC[.]" Accordingly, Camping World revised its 2024 annual report, increasing its reported deferred tax assets by $43.8 million. Following this news, Camping World's stock price fell $4.17 per share, or 24.79%, to close at $12.65 on October 29, 2025.
