TouchTunes Music Company, LLC (“TouchTunes”), North America’s largest connected platform for in-venue social entertainment, has named James Moore as Chief Revenue Officer and Cassie Parham as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Moore and Parham will drive the company’s next phase of commercial expansion, consumer engagement, and strategic partnerships as TouchTunes accelerates its evolution beyond digital jukeboxes into a fully integrated interactive experience.

In this newly created role, Moore will unify TouchTunes’ key commercial functions, spanning sales, advertising, marketing, darts, and revenue operations, to accelerate growth across the business. Working alongside him, Parham will direct global marketing strategy, focusing on elevating the TouchTunes brand, boosting user retention, and amplifying engagement across its integrated music, darts, and payment platforms.

“I’m excited to welcome both James and Cassie to the leadership team at such a transformative time for our business,” said Scott Levine, Chief Executive Officer of TouchTunes. “What excites me is that they bring highly complementary skills and are great leaders. Together, they will help us expand and engage our customers and players, grow revenue for our venue partners, and unlock new advertising opportunities - across the largest in-person social network. They are both drivers, and their combined experience and leadership gravitas will be a powerful asset as we accelerate the next phase of growth for TouchTunes.”

Moore brings over 20 years of go-to-market leadership scaling private equity-backed SaaS, AdTech, and B2B services companies. He most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at GlassView, following 14 years at Simpli.fi, where he spearheaded a full GTM transformation and helped scale the platform to over $200M in net revenue through three major investment events, including Blackstone’s, at a $1.5B valuation. Throughout his career, Moore has led teams of more than 200 across sales, marketing, client success, and strategic partnerships.

Parham joins TouchTunes with more than 15 years of growth and marketing leadership across the consumer subscription, marketplace, and digital media sectors. She most recently served as Senior Director and Head of Canada Marketing at DoorDash, following her role leading the company’s retention marketing organization. Previously, Parham held senior growth and revenue roles at HBO Max and The New York Times.
