Former Ramp partnerships leader joins as Comp AI builds out its go-to-market ecosystem and prepares for its next phase of growth.

Comp AI, an AI-native compliance and security platform built for modern software companies, today announced that Auburn Stevens will join the company as Head of Partnerships. The hire reflects Comp AI’s continued investment in go-to-market expansion as the company scales.

Stevens joins Comp AI from Ramp, where she most recently worked in channel partnerships. She brings extensive experience across tech sales and channel development, with prior roles spanning partnerships and sales at Ramp, Attentive, and CrowdStrike. Stevens builds strategic partner ecosystems across accounting, financial, consulting, and advisory firms that expand market reach, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable customer value.

“At Comp AI, we are building for a market that increasingly sees trust, security, and compliance as growth infrastructure, not just back-office overhead,” said Lewis Carhart, CEO and Co-Founder of Comp AI. “Stevens brings the kind of partnerships experience that can help us expand that motion in a thoughtful way. She understands how to build ecosystems that create real leverage for customers and partners, and we’re excited to have her join the team.”

Comp AI has positioned partnerships as one of several areas of momentum as it prepares for its next stage of growth. The announcement comes as Comp AI continues to build its profile as a faster, more modern alternative to legacy compliance platforms. Founded in January 2025, the company says it helps startups and scale-ups become compliant faster by automating time-intensive workflows across security and compliance programs, and has increasingly broadened its positioning toward continuous security and trust readiness.

Stevens’s background also aligns with how Comp AI wants to show up in market: not simply as a compliance tool, but as a more strategic, security-forward platform that can support stronger revenue motion, faster deal cycles, and broader trust with buyers.
