Cold Club Global Corp. is pleased to announce that, following a number of months of detailed and intense preparation, they successfully executed a Guinness World Record attempt, and are now the proud owners of the record title - Highest altitude synchronised push-ups with dumbbells (team).

-- The dedicated team of four, comprised of Andre Belibi Eloumou (from France), Robert Glover (from the United Kingdom), Evie Soule (from the US) and Matt Soule (from the US), achieved the world record for the highest altitude synchronised push-ups with dumbbells, at an altitude of 5,071 m (16,637.13 ft) on Pico de Orizaba, in Puebla, Mexico, on 4 July 2026.

The physical elements of the record attempt required months of preparation, not only for the team to develop the strength and endurance required for the climb, made even more difficult by the requirement to carry back-packs containing the dumb-bells, but also to acclimatise their bodies for the physiological demands of exercising in an environment where oxygen levels are significantly lower than at sea level. During the weeks prior to traveling to Mexico, the team undertook training in Albuquerque (New Mexico), performing training hikes at various altitudes, as well as following a number of their own proprietary breath work and contrast therapy programs. With the additional element of complexity introduced by the requirement to perform the push-ups as a synchronised team, they spent time perfecting their technique both indoors and on the rough terrain of the trails of New Mexico.
