Sean Griffey Joins the Board of Life Science Connect to Drive B2B Media Capabilities

Life Science Connect (“LSC”) has appointed Sean Griffey to its Board of Directors as the company continues to expand its B2B media platform, strengthening both its trusted editorial communities and commercial capabilities across the life sciences. LSC is a portfolio company of Latticework Capital Management and Edgehill Management.

LSC, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, operates a network of trusted editorial communities and events serving professionals across the life sciences industry. Through independent journalism and expert-driven content, LSC builds engaged audiences that inform critical decisions across research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization. LSC’s model is built on the strength of its editorial communities, with commercial programs designed to help suppliers engage these audiences in meaningful, data-driven ways.

Mr. Griffey is a co-founder and former CEO of Industry Dive. Under his leadership, Industry Dive grew rapidly, encompassing more than 20 targeted publications and serving millions of executive readers, before being acquired by Informa PLC in 2022. Prior to Industry Dive, Mr. Griffey served as President of FierceMarkets, leading its growth and eventual sale to Questex Media Group. A graduate of Penn State (B.S., Economics) and Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management (MBA), Mr. Griffey is known for his operational expertise, commitment to quality journalism, and ability to scale digital media businesses with a focus on strong culture and strategic clarity.
