Collaboration builds on growing commercial card program to help Capra serve more business customers, expand payment capabilities and unlock new revenue opportunities

Capra Bank and Zact, a bank-first commercial banking technology company, today announced the launch of Capra SpendLink, the latest development in their longstanding collaboration to deliver modern financial capabilities to Capra's commercial customers. The launch builds on an established commercial card program powered by Zact that has helped Capra expand its commercial payments business, serve a growing base of corporate customers, and generate new revenue opportunities.

SpendLink brings commercial card management, expense management, integrated payables and business travel together under the Capra brand, helping businesses streamline spending controls, expense approvals, payments and reconciliation while reducing the need for multiple disconnected systems.

Capra and Zact are also exploring additional commercial banking capabilities to introduce as customer needs evolve. The companies see opportunities to build on SpendLink to support more of Capra's customers' financial activities and capture a greater share of their commercial spending.

Zact's bank-first platform combines modern commercial banking applications with the security, reliability and integration capabilities financial institutions require. Designed to work within existing banking technology environments, it allows banks like Capra to introduce new capabilities under their own brands without replacing their underlying systems.

"We've built Capra around the belief that businesses should have access to the personalized service and relationships of a community bank, backed by technology that rivals even the largest financial institutions," said Dr. Lynn "Tut" Fuller, Chairman, CEO and Founder of Capra Bank. "Zact has been an important part of helping us grow our commercial card business and serve more customers. With SpendLink, we're building on that success by giving businesses more of the financial tools they need through Capra."

"Capra Bank is showing what's possible when community banks combine their relationship banking strengths with modern technology," said John Thomas, CEO of Zact. "Fintechs have spent years chipping away at banks' commercial customer relationships, but Capra is demonstrating that banks can compete for that business. Together, we've helped build a growing commercial payments program, and SpendLink takes that success further by giving Capra more opportunities to serve its customers and capture a greater share of their commercial spending."
