BARTOW, Fla. - April 13, 2026 - PRLog -- Operation Green Light is a one-week event hosted by Polk County Clerk and Comptroller Stacy Butterfield. The program gives Polk County residents the opportunity to pay overdue court fines and traffic citations in full while having additional collection agency surcharge fees waived. Those fees can add up significantly over time.
