Partner team brings deep experience advising telecommunications and technology companies on regulatory, litigation, and transactional matters

Donahue brings three decades of experience advising clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, with a background that spans both in-house and outside counsel roles. His practice includes telecommunications regulation, data privacy and security, and a wide range of commercial and strategic transactions, including M&A, financings, and infrastructure agreements.
