As announced in "Notice concerning submission of an application for approval of deadline extension for securities report for the 52nd fiscal year" dated June 27, 2025, Nidec Corporation (the "Company") had applied for the deadline extension of submission for its securities report under Article 15-2, Paragraph (1) of the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs, and hereby announces that it has today received the approval of deadline extension for submission of the securities report under Article 15-2, Paragraph (3) prescribed by the said Cabinet Office Ordinance.
