Jim Moake has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare finance, with strong capabilities in financial planning and analysis, revenue cycle management, and strategic financial initiatives. Jim’s keen focus on value creation has allowed him to excel in navigating complex situations, particularly in integrating new acquisitions and turnaround scenarios.
Prior to joining Covenant, Jim was most recently the CFO of the Central Division at LifePoint Health, where he was responsible for all financial operations of 20 hospitals across six states, with more than $2.0 billion in net revenue.
Prior to LifePoint, Jim held CFO positions at prominent healthcare organizations, such as Steward Healthcare in Dallas, TX and IASIS Healthcare in Franklin, TN, where he previously led a period of 22 consecutive quarters of uninterrupted earnings growth. Jim has established a strong reputation for fostering financial excellence, enhancing operational efficiency, and instilling a culture of accountability to consistently achieve and exceed financial targets. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI.
