Grindr Names Tolu Adeofe as Director of Investor Relations As It Approaches One Year Anniversary of its NYSE Listing

Grindr (NYSE: GRND), the world’s largest social network for the LGBTQ+ community, today announced that Tolu Adeofe has joined the company as Director of Investor Relations.

Adeofe, who will lead the Investor Relations function, brings over a decade of experience driving investor strategy at the intersection of technology and finance. She most recently was Senior Manager of Investor Relations and Head of ESG Reporting at Lyft, where she spearheaded the release of the first ESG report for the rideshare industry. Prior to Lyft, Adeofe was a Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Associate in the Investment Banking division at Goldman Sachs, and she previously held roles at Google and Accenture. Adeofe holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mathematics & Statistics from Johns Hopkins University.

Adeofe joins Grindr as the company approaches its one-year anniversary as a publicly traded company with several quarters of strong financial performance under its belt. She will be crucial in building out Grindr’s Investor Relations program and engaging with the investor community as the company looks to monetize core aspects of its business and expand its platform and capabilities.

“I am thrilled to welcome Tolu to the company as a leader of this critical function,” said Grindr CFO Vanna Krantz. “She brings a wealth of experience in Investor Relations for dynamic technology platforms that will be valuable as we continue to convey the Grindr story to the investor community. I am proud that we continue to bring such impactful and diverse talent to the Grindr team.”
