Flexible Operation:In production workshops, this lithium powered AGV, integrated with smart charging stations and an intelligent coding control system, not only monitors power levels in real time and alerts staff for timely charging to ensure operational readiness, but also enables real-time monitoring of working status, route pre-setting, and other functions through the intelligent control system.

Heavy Duty Performance:Based on actual customer application scenarios and material handling requirements, we have selected an appropriately sized platform and overall structure. The Agv utilizes a cast steel welded frame, offering heat resistance, wear resistance, and durability. In aluminum plate production workshops, when paired with production equipment, it can handle material transfers of up to 30 tons while maintaining stable operation.

Safety Assurance:To ensure workshop safety, this AGV is equipped with safety features including laser dead-man stop, emergency stop buttons, and safety bumpers. The laser dead man stop provides zonal monitoring, triggering emergency stops or gradual halts when foreign objects are detected. The latter two features enable immediate emergency stops through active triggering or passive contact, ensuring comprehensive safety in the production environment.

Applications:In aluminum plate production workshops, operators can control the AGV’s forward and reverse movement and speed adjustment via wireless remote control. Upon the AGV’s arrival at the aluminum plate production line, overhead gripping devices perform horizontal movement to achieve autonomous loading and unloading of aluminum plates. Once loading is complete, operators can drive the AGV to the next processing station, enabling continuous and cyclical transfer operations.
