CLEVELAND, Ohio – The KeyBank Foundation is donating $1.5 million to MetroHealth so the health system can bolster its effort to address social determinants of health in Greater Cleveland, particularly in underserved populations.

The grant is KeyBank’s latest commitment through its National Community Benefits Plan, an initiative to invest $40 billion in lower-income communities through small business loans, mortgages and other programs.
