BELLAIRE, TX - March 23, 2026 (NEWMEDIAWIRE) - Litigators Seth Kretzer and Ashley Blair Arnett have launched Kretzer & Arnett, a Houston-based litigation firm focused on commercial disputes and complex litigation in federal and state courts.
The firm represents businesses and individuals in matters including contract disputes, partnership conflicts, and business tort litigation. In addition to trial-level work, the firm also handles appeals and post-judgment enforcement.
Kretzer & Arnett said the firm was created to provide clients with direct access to experienced litigators throughout a case.

Ashley Arnett brings nearly two decades of litigation experience representing businesses and individuals in complex disputes. She has tried cases across the country, from California to Maine. Earlier in her career, Arnett represented individuals in criminal tax matters prosecuted by the U.S. Department of Justice, experience that informs her approach to high-stakes financial litigation.
