Founder Dr. Jacqueline Kaba-Harrison marks a milestone year for the streaming network giving Black women leaders a global stage, with a bold vision for what's to come.

Detroit, MI (PRUnderground) September 10th, 2026

Realizing Your Potential TV Network (RYP TV), the streaming television network built to spotlight Black women in leadership, is celebrating two years since its official launch. Founded by Dr. Jacqueline Kaba-Harrison, RYP TV has grown into a dedicated home for leadership content streaming on ROKU, Amazon Fire TV, and Apple TV, reaching viewers around the world with programming built around resilience, purpose, and power.

What began two years ago as a single vision has become a full streaming network with a growing lineup of shows, docuseries, and roundtable conversations, all centered on a simple but urgent belief: Black women leaders deserve a permanent stage, not a passing moment.

"I built this network because I watched brilliant Black women leaders carry decades of wisdom with nowhere to put it. Two years later, RYP TV is proof that when you build the stage, the leaders show up." -- Dr. Jacqueline Kaba-Harrison

From a Vision to a Network

Dr. Kaba-Harrison's path to founding RYP TV was not a straight line. Before launching the network, she built A Queen's Roundtable, a leadership platform and event series centered on women stepping fully into their power and purpose. That work laid the foundation for what would eventually become RYP TV, carrying forward the same mission with a far larger stage: streaming television.

Two years ago, Dr. Kaba-Harrison took that mission and launched Realizing Your Potential TV Network, securing distribution on three major streaming platforms and beginning production on original programming centered on leadership, resilience, and purpose-driven success.

"A Queen's Roundtable taught me that women were hungry for real conversation, not performance. RYP TV was built to take that same honesty and put it in front of the world." -- Dr. Jacqueline Kaba-Harrison

Currently: Preparing to Launch Season 2 of Born to Lead: Natural Born Leaders

As RYP TV blazes into its second year, the network is deep in preparation for the upcoming season of its flagship docuseries, Born to Lead: Natural Born Leaders. The series features in-depth conversations with leaders across corporate America, entrepreneurship, coaching, and faith leadership, spotlighting the defining moments, hard lessons, and success strategies behind their leadership journeys.

Season 2 of Born to Lead is expected to expand the docuseries' reach even further, with new guest leaders, new categories of content, and continued distribution across ROKU, Amazon Fire TV, and Apple TV.

"Born to Lead is not a highlight reel. It is the truth about what leadership actually costs and what it gives back. Season 3 is going to go deeper than ever." -- Dr. Jacqueline Kaba-Harrison

What's Next: Growing the Stage for a New Generation of Leaders

Alongside the Season 2 launch of Born to Lead, RYP TV is expanding its show host program, inviting coaches, consultants, executives, and community leaders, particularly Black women with ten to twenty or more years of leadership experience, to build their own shows and series on the network.

This expansion is anchored by the network's Your Voice, One Stage, Your Legacy campaign, a direct invitation to experienced leaders whose wisdom, Dr. Kaba-Harrison says, is exactly what the next generation is searching for.

"There are generations of gifted, talented Black women who have navigated leadership challenges in corporate America, in business, and in life. Their voice is the curriculum the next generation needs. That is what this next chapter of RYP TV is about." -- Dr. Jacqueline Kaba-Harrison

Looking ahead, RYP TV plans to continue growing its show host roster, expand its docuseries and original programming slate, and deepen its distribution reach, with the long-term goal of becoming the leading streaming destination for Black women in leadership worldwide.

What to Watch on RYP TV

Born to Lead: Natural Born Leaders -- the network's flagship docuseries featuring in-depth interviews with leaders across industries, with Season 2 currently in production.

A Queen's Roundtable -- a leadership conversation series rooted in the platform that originally inspired RYP TV, centered on women leading with power and purpose.

One Stage: Show Host Series -- an expanding lineup of shows hosted by coaches, consultants, and executives building their platforms directly on the network.
