The paper, entitled "Engineering suppressor tRNAs for effective treatment of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy," describes the development of an engineered suppressor tRNA gene therapy to treat patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) caused by nonsense mutations in the dystrophin gene.
