EL CENTRO, CA - (NewMediaWire) - November 21, 2023 - The Board of Directors of CMUV Bancorp (CMUV), the bank holding company for Community Valley Bank, has approved a $0.12 4th Quarter cash dividend per common share.  The dividend will be payable on December 29, 2023 to all shareholders of record on December 7, 2023.  This is a $0.02 increase from previous quarterly dividends.
