Zhao Long said that Fujian will further study, implement, and carry out Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, continue to innovate legal services, and speed up the building of a legal hub, so as to empower the high-quality development of the core area of the Maritime Silk Road through the construction of a high-standard legal service district and help shape a community with a shared future for mankind. The province will focus on promoting reform and innovation by introducing more reform achievements in the legal field, enriching diversified dispute resolution paths, and accelerating the development of a preferred destination for international commercial and maritime dispute resolution. It will focus on optimizing legal services by speeding up the cultivation of internationally top-tier legal-service institutions, improving one-stop, full-chain law-business integrated services, and continuously enhancing the legal service ecosystem. It will also focus on promoting cooperation and sharing by actively carrying out cooperation among lawyers, arbitration, and commercial mediation, and achieving more practical results in areas such as law-enforcement coordination, judicial assistance, and dispute resolution.
