After relocating to Little Rock, Fullen became Training and Recruiting Director across nine Coldwell Banker offices, a position she held until 2011. From 2011 through 2023, she coached real estate professionals nationally through the Mike Ferry Organization. She currently continues coaching through Watson Powers Coaching.
