-- The two parties will establish a joint framework for identifying, validating and incubating Web3 AI applications

The initial program will focus on AI agents, on-chain data, smart contract security and trusted execution

Selected teams will receive product reviews, scenario testing, ecosystem access and potential investment evaluation

Harry Howard AI (“HHA”) today announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with OKX Ventures. The signing ceremony took place at HHA’s Seattle office and was attended by Jeff Ren, Founder and Partner at OKX Ventures, along with representatives from both organizations.

Under the agreement, HHA and OKX Ventures will jointly identify, incubate and validate emerging Web3 AI applications. Projects entering the program will be evaluated across several areas, including technical capability, market demand, product maturity, security and commercial viability.

The initial phase will focus on AI agents, on-chain data analytics, smart contract security, trusted execution and developer tools. HHA will lead team recruitment, product incubation, use-case development and market validation. OKX Ventures will participate in milestone reviews and provide industry insights, ecosystem connections and potential investment evaluation.

The two parties will begin with a 90-day accelerator program. During the first stage, they will select Web3 AI teams with solid technical foundations and clearly defined product directions. Selected teams will then undergo product architecture reviews, security assessments and real-world scenario testing.

The program will conclude with a Demo Day, where participating teams will present their products and validation results to investors, developers and ecosystem partners.

HHA and OKX Ventures will also hold monthly working sessions to review development progress, testing data, user feedback and go-to-market plans. Projects that meet the agreed milestones may advance to further product support, global ecosystem introductions or a separate investment due diligence process.

“HHA was created to address the practical challenges that early-stage Web3 AI teams face when moving from technical development to real-world adoption,” an HHA representative said. “This cooperation connects product incubation and scenario validation with access to capital. We will measure its success through working products and clearly defined milestones.”

Jeff Ren, Founder and Partner at OKX Ventures, said: “The convergence of AI and Web3 is moving into a critical stage of product validation. HHA has developed a clear approach to organizing innovative teams, incubating applications and connecting projects with global ecosystem resources. We look forward to identifying teams that address real market needs and demonstrate long-term technical value.”

To support practical testing, HHA will provide access to selected enterprise requirements and developer collaboration environments. Existing ecosystem partners, including HZB Network, will participate in the technical validation of certain AI agent and trusted-execution applications.

At the end of the initial program, both parties will prepare an application assessment report. Projects will be evaluated based on technical progress, use-case suitability and market feedback. High-performing teams may receive additional incubation support, ecosystem partnerships and introductions to potential investors.

The agreement marks the beginning of an execution-focused partnership between HHA and OKX Ventures. Through defined selection standards, milestone reviews and product validation, the two parties aim to help Web3 AI teams move from technical concepts to tested, market-ready applications.
