Matheny spent the past seven years with Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, where she represented over $65 million in sales. Known for her clear communication, thorough contract work, skilled negotiations and innovative marketing, Matheny has earned a reputation as one of the area’s most trusted advisors.

Matheny’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with an emphasis on leadership from Southeastern University. Before entering the real estate industry full-time, Matheny served her community in law enforcement for nearly two decades, including roles as a detective with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, where she focused on fraud investigations, and earlier as a police officer in Winter Haven.
