Fourteenth acquisition since launch of Argano’s 2025-2026 strategic growth initiative expands Oracle Cloud capabilities across the product and supply chain lifecycle

Argano, the world’s first and largest Global Specialist Consultancy exclusively focused on the design and delivery of High-Performance Business Operations with an AI-forward approach to transformation, today announced the acquisition of GoSaaS, Inc. (“GoSaaS”), an Oracle-focused consulting firm. GoSaaS’s expertise in the Digital Thread, with a focus on product lifecycle management (PLM), logistics (OTM/GTM/WMS), and broader supply chain management, as well as AI delivery and Agentic business enablement, will enhance Argano’s Oracle offerings to clients.

GoSaaS represents Argano’s fourteenth transaction since launching its transformational growth program announced in April 2025, and the thirtieth since the company’s founding in 2020. The transaction expands Argano’s capabilities across product and operational transformation, enabling the firm to deliver more comprehensive Oracle Cloud solutions. It also builds on Argano’s continued investment in scaling its Oracle platform through recent acquisitions.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, GoSaaS brings specialized Oracle expertise spanning PLM, logistics (OTM/GTM/WMS), and supply chain management, helping organizations manage complex product and operational needs across manufacturing environments. With more than 300 employees and a global delivery model (Follow the Sun), the company serves clients in high-tech manufacturing, life sciences, semiconductors, and CPG.

GoSaaS supports large-scale transformation initiatives by enabling greater visibility and coordination across product development and manufacturing workflows. The company’s approach helps organizations manage complex product lifecycles, improve collaboration across teams, and accelerate time to market.

“GoSaaS brings a differentiated capability set that expands how we support clients across product development and supply chain operations,” said Chip Register, Group CEO of Argano. “By adding PLM as a new capability alongside our existing strengths, we are better positioned to help organizations connect product innovation with supply chain execution and drive more integrated business outcomes.”

“Argano’s platform provides an opportunity to extend our capabilities and deliver greater value across the full product lifecycle,” said Hassan Ramay, Co-founder and CEO of GoSaaS. “Together, we can help clients connect product innovation with operational execution, enabling more agile and resilient business models.”

The acquisition advances Argano’s focus on AI-forward transformation and strengthens its ability to deliver intelligent, scalable operating models for clients navigating complex change.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal advisor to Argano. Ernst & Young provided financial diligence advisory. Reed Smith LLP served as legal advisors to GoSaaS. Lincoln International and Equiteq served as their financial advisors.
