Fast Company announced its eighth annual Best Workplaces for Innovators list, recognizing businesses that are creating cultures where innovation can thrive at every level. iFIT Inc., a global leader in interactive fitness technology and connected content, earned a spot as a winner in the Emerging Enterprise: 201-999 Employees Category for its recent expansion into connected Pilates.

“Innovation at iFIT has never been about one team or one breakthrough, it is a mindset we have built into every part of the company,” said Andy Stevens, Chief Human Resources Officer at iFIT. “Being recognized as an innovative workplace by Fast Company confirms we are building a culture that drives real, lasting growth and change in our industry.”

The 2026 Best Workplaces for Innovators list recognizes 100 companies across industries such as entertainment, biotech, consumer packaged goods, marketing, education, and healthcare. To be considered, applicants detailed their investment in innovation, internal programs, and company culture. Fast Company’s editors evaluated each application and conducted extensive research to develop a score for each company. A distinguished panel of judges then reviewed the top-rated companies to determine the final honorees.

For 50 years, iFIT has been a leading innovator in the connected fitness industry, pushing the boundaries of personalized fitness across hardware, software, and content. That innovation thrives because the culture at iFIT encourages ideas from every corner of the organization, empowering teams to listen closely to consumers and champion their evolving needs. The Ultra Family, iFIT’s premium line of connected treadmills and Pilates reformers, is a direct result of that culture in action: research, engineering, and design teams worked together to bring it to life, featuring an integrated HD touchscreen and the Smart Spine™ System for enhanced safety, seamlessly connecting the iFIT platform’s Emmy-nominated content library with a premium aesthetic.

“The most innovative workplaces don’t simply ask their employees to come up with great ideas; they create the conditions that make great ideas possible,” says Brendan Vaughan, editor-in-chief of Fast Company. “This year’s honorees understand that innovation is ultimately a cultural commitment that requires empowering people to think differently, take risks, and turn ideas into actions. We’re proud to recognize the companies and executives who are leading by example.”
