Monroe Capital LLC (“Monroe”) announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisitions of Capital Construction Services and Capital Fire & Water (together, “Capital”) by Summit Restoration Group, an existing portfolio company of Point 41 Capital Partners.

Headquartered in Richmond, VA, Capital is an integrated mitigation-to-rebuild platform, handling both the immediate emergency response including board-up, water extraction, mold remediation and contents recovery, and the downstream reconstruction. The company enables residential and commercial customers to work with a single provider from the initial call through the completion of the rebuild.
