CEO Eric Stoffers joins members of Congress, veterans, healthcare leaders in Washington to discuss responsible expansion of regenerative medicine

BioXcellerator, the Benchmark for Evidence-Based Regenerative Medicine, announced today that Co-Founder and CEO Eric Stoffers will participate in the Congressional Veterans Care Forum in Washington, D.C., where policymakers, veteran advocates, physicians, and healthcare innovators will examine how emerging medical therapies may help address the complex health challenges facing America's veterans.

Hosted in conjunction with the offices of Congressman Eli Crane and Congressman Derrick Van Orden, the bipartisan forum brings together leaders from government, medicine, nonprofit organizations, and veteran advocacy to discuss responsibly expanding access to innovative care while maintaining scientific rigor and patient safety.

For BioXcellerator, this invitation is more than a policy discussion. It reflects the growing role that real-world clinical experience is playing in national conversations surrounding regenerative medicine.

"For decades, the national conversation focused on whether regenerative medicine had potential," said Eric Stoffers, Co-Founder and CEO of BioXcellerator. "Today, the conversation has evolved into how we responsibly evaluate, study, and expand access to these therapies for patients who may benefit - including the men and women who have served our country. We're honored to contribute our patients’ experience to that discussion."

The Congressional Veterans Care Forum will explore emerging approaches to treating conditions that disproportionately affect military veterans, including orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, traumatic brain injuries, chronic pain, and other complex health challenges that often persist long after military service.

Over the past decade, BioXcellerator has treated thousands of patients from around the world seeking regenerative medicine options for complex orthopedic, neurological, autoimmune, and degenerative conditions. Through physician-led protocols, comprehensive patient evaluation, data accumulation and ongoing clinical collaboration, the company has become one of the most recognized providers of regenerative medicine internationally.

"Responsible innovation requires more than scientific discovery," Stoffers said. "It requires transparency, physician oversight, careful patient selection, and continual learning from clinical outcomes. Those principles should guide the future of regenerative medicine."

BioXcellerator’s participation highlights the increasing intersection of healthcare innovation and public policy as lawmakers examine advances in regenerative medicine and how they influence future patient care for veterans and civilians alike.

The forum includes representatives from Congress, Mighty Oaks Foundation, Core Medical Group, Agentis Longevity, healthcare innovators, veteran advocates, and military leaders committed to improving long-term outcomes for veterans.
