Ms. Riquelme joins Covia from Zep Inc., where she served as CFO since 2022. She brings over two decades of financial and strategic leadership experience across a diverse range of industries, including specialty chemicals, lighting, power generation, and oil and gas. Prior to Zep, Ms. Riquelme served as chief financial officer of Cooper Lighting Solutions. Previously, she held numerous finance leadership roles at General Electric Company in both domestic and international assignments.

Throughout her career, Ms. Riquelme has led large-scale mergers and acquisitions, complex business transformations, and company turnarounds. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
