Successful go-live marks the first milestone in the deployment of a single, best-of-breed BSS stack powered by Aria, ServiceNow and Tenon
Aria Systems, the leader in AI-powered billing automation, today announces that German wholesale fiber optic network operator Unsere Grüne Glasfaser (UGG) has successfully implemented Aria Billing Cloud and ServiceNow in just three months.
The implementation marks the completion of the first phase of a broader BSS modernization program in which UGG will build a best-of-breed stack consisting of Aria Billing Cloud, ServiceNow CRM and Tenon Marketing Automation, implemented by global system integrator NTT Data.
This first phase focused on establishing wholesale billing for both recurring and non-recurring charges. With this foundation in place, UGG will now move onto the second phase, in which it will extend billing capabilities to its B2C operations under the LEONET ISP. This phase will involve the migration of a high volume of consumer accounts, as well as introducing support for complex, usage-based billing models. Upon program completion, UGG and LEONET will operate all billing activities on a single instance of Aria Billing Cloud.

Following the completion of the second phase of the project, UGG plans to deploy Aria Allegro™, Aria’s embedded AI-powered usage monetization engine, to convert high-volume usage data into revenue using built-in intelligence. Aria will also support UGG in the rollout of a new e-invoicing initiative required to meet EU-wide invoicing regulations.
