Additionally, Amerit announced the appointment of Keith Weidman as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Weidman, based in Charlotte, NC, joins from CPI Security. Mr. Rachey has built a relationship with the Amerit organization over the last five years, first at Amazon as a customer of Amerit, then formally joining the Company earlier this year. He has been instrumental in elevating operational performance, expanding service capabilities, and driving customer-focused enhancements throughout the organization. Mr. Rachey is a recognized leader in global fleet operations, transportation, and logistics, with a career defined by scaling high-performing organizations and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Prior to joining Amerit, Mr. Rachey spent over a decade at Amazon in executive roles across its global fleet and transportation organizations, where he helped build one of the world’s most innovative and reliable vehicle fleets while fostering a culture centered on safety, service, technology, and operational rigor. He later served as Chief Operating Officer of ACERTUS, a tech-enabled fleet logistics company, where he continued to drive transformational operational capabilities. His contributions to the industry have earned him recognition on Insider’s list of “100 People Transforming Business.”

Mr. Weidman brings a growth mindset to Amerit, focused on strong functional partnership across the business to drive results. His career also includes extensive mergers & acquisitions and capital markets experience, completing numerous successful buy-side acquisitions. A former CPA with Big Four experience, Mr. Weidman brings a highly disciplined, insight-driven approach to financial leadership.
