HealthTrust Named Top Workplace for the Third Consecutive Year

HealthTrust Performance Group, a leading performance improvement organization supporting an exclusive membership of 1,800 hospitals and 69,000 non-acute care facilities, has been named a Top Workplace by The Tennessean for the third consecutive year. The recognition coincides with the company’s 25th anniversary, marking a quarter century of partnering with members and supporting the provision of quality care and service to patients and communities across the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.K.

Top Workplaces recognition is based solely on employee feedback collected through a confidential third-party survey sponsored by The Tennessean and administered by technology partner Energage LLC. The survey assesses the employee experience and engagement through component themes measuring employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.

“Cultivating a culture of excellence where employees are engaged, feel valued and supported is at the heart of HealthTrust’s culture,” said Ed Jones, President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthTrust. “I’m grateful for the diligence and tenacity of our employees as we support members in this ever-evolving healthcare landscape. Their passion for supporting healthcare providers across the country is unmatched. It is indeed an honor to have our associates validate our culture and work environment by rating our organization among the best in Tennessee.”

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Chief Executive Officer of Energage. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces like HealthTrust do this, and it pays dividends.”

HealthTrust fosters a culture of agility and resilience, while amplifying tenets embracing diversity and inclusion, and environmental, social, and corporate governance stewardship. “Since our founding in 1999, our core values of accountability, adaptability, courage, innovation and trust have guided every decision we’ve made,” Jones added. “These principles will continue to be the building blocks shaping our future and helping our colleagues achieve rewarding careers.”
