Alto Neuroscience, Inc. (“Alto”) (NYSE: ANRO) today announced that company management will participate in the following upcoming investor conferences:

• Jefferies Biotech on the Bay Summit, March 12-13^th: Alto management will participate in one-on-one meetings with investors during the conference.
• UBS Virtual CNS Day, March 18^th: Amit Etkin, M.D., Ph.D., founder and chief executive officer, will participate in a fireside chat on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 2:30 pm ET.
• Stifel 2024 Virtual CNS Days, March 19-20^th: Dr. Etkin will participate in a fireside chat on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 11:30 am ET. Alto management will also participate in one-on-one meetings with investors during the conference.
