Federman & Sherwood investigates Breslow Starling Frost Warner Boger Hiatt, PLLC (“Breslow”) for data breach. On October 18, 2024, Breslow filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. Breslow experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network between June 24, 2024, and June 25, 2024. Breslow immediately launched an investigation into the incident. After a thorough review of the information gathered during the investigation concluded on August 29, 2024, it was determined that certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information was exposed and/or acquired.

• Other sensitive information

Breslow began mailing notices to the affected individuals on October 17, 2024.
