On June 20th, Yoling Times (Shandong) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., located in Lanshan District, Linyi City, showcased its exquisite zero-carbon cabins with exterior walls adorned with solar panels. These panels not only enhance the aesthetics but also cater to the electricity needs of lighting, cooking, refrigeration, and bathing within the cabins.
“By employing heterojunction solar cells, we can substitute building materials while ensuring profitability,” explained Zhang Liangyi, Chairman of Yoling Times (Shandong) New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. “Our product can generate continuous revenue for over two decades, achieving true carbon neutrality.” As a key project in Lanshan District’s New Industry Park, Yoling Times (Shandong) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. settled in Lanshan in March of last year and successfully commenced its first production line in December.

Shandong Huaxing Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. has constructed a heavy-duty superstructure intelligent manufacturing project, utilizing independently developed and produced 1100 megapascal high-strength, wear-resistant steel. The company has invested 50 million yuan in establishing a digital control center, creating a new model of intelligent manufacturing. New Harbor Group, in collaboration with the team led by academician Li Jian from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, has developed New Harbor biomimetic adhesive after 10 years of research. This breakthrough has overcome the traditional adhesive mode of “no formaldehyde, no adhesion” and successfully resolved industry pain points, achieving the full lifecycle greening of wood-based panel products from manufacturing to consumption.
According to statistics, Lanshan District is home to over 9,000 industrial enterprises, covering 35 out of 41 major industrial categories, including 759 large-scale industrial enterprises. In 2023, the district achieved a total industrial output value of 112.15 billion yuan. In 2024, the district will coordinate and promote major initiatives and key projects, fully leveraging the advantages of characteristic industries such as timber, pharmaceuticals, new energy, and new materials. It will attract leading upstream and downstream enterprises, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, expand the scale of new industries, and cultivate and shape the new advantages of advanced industrial development in Lanshan.
