Private Cap Cana estate outlines golf access, accommodation and rental options for groups visiting Punta Espada during the 2026-2027 season
Villa Espada, a privately owned estate located on Fairway 5 of Punta Espada Golf Course in Cap Cana, has announced its golf access and rental arrangements for the 2026-2027 season, including a member-guest green-fee rate and complimentary golf carts for guests.
Guests renting Villa Espada can arrange Punta Espada tee times through the villa and receive access to the member-guest rate available through the property's arrangement with the course. According to the villa, the rate represents savings of approximately $200 per golfer per round compared with published guest green fees.
For a group of eight playing four rounds, the stated difference in green fees would be approximately $6,400. Each stay also includes two complimentary six-person golf carts, with up to two additional carts available for $75 per day.
Golf Access at Punta Espada
Villa Espada is located approximately three minutes by golf cart from the first tee at Punta Espada.
The Jack Nicklaus Signature course is a par-72 layout in Cap Cana featuring several holes along the Caribbean Sea, including a par-3 played over water. The course has also hosted the Cap Cana Championship on the PGA TOUR Champions.

Cap Cana is also developing Las Iguanas, a second Jack Nicklaus Signature course. According to Villa Espada, the front nine is currently open, with completion of the full 18-hole course expected by the end of 2026 and an official opening planned for spring 2027. Guests can arrange access to the currently available holes at the applicable rates.
Villa Espada also provides access to golf options at Casa de Campo, including the Pete Dye-designed Teeth of the Dog course, allowing groups to consider additional courses during their stay.
Villa Accommodations for Golf Groups
Villa Espada is available in six- and eight-bedroom configurations. The eight-bedroom configuration can accommodate larger groups, with convertible twin beds and privacy screens providing individual sleeping arrangements.
The estate covers more than 15,000 square feet and includes a private chef, butler, villa manager, daily housekeeping and private airport transfers. Food and beverage are billed at cost plus a 15% service charge, according to the property.
Guests can review current Villa Espada rates, with six-bedroom nightly rates starting at $2,500 during the low season and $4,000 during peak season.
Guests also receive access to the Eden Roc Beach Club, subject to availability and blackout periods around Christmas, New Year and Easter.
