MECHANICSBURG, PA / ACCESS Newswire / September 25, 2026 / Groff Tractor & Equipment ("GT&E") is pleased to announce the appointment of Daryl Black as President, succeeding Jeff Oldham, who has accepted another position with a fellow John Deere dealer serving the Midwest.
Black joined GT&E as Chief Financial Officer in November 2024 and will continue serving in that capacity while assuming the additional responsibilities of President. With an extensive background in finance, accounting, and executive leadership, Black brings broad experience in financial management, business operations, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.

Prior to joining GT&E, Black held senior finance and executive leadership positions with New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co. and MI Windows and Doors, LLC, where his responsibilities spanned financial management, business operations, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Black is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Accounting.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Pixler will continue to oversee GT&E's sales operations while assuming responsibility for the company's marketing organization and the continued growth of its connected support and technology operations throughout Pennsylvania.
