WILDWOOD, MO / ACCESS Newswire / September 14, 2026 / Marquis Who's Who is proud to honor Stacy Stewart for her distinguished contributions to organizational alignment, strategic execution, business transformation, technology leadership and fractional executive advisory services. With more than two decades of leadership across commercial, operational and technology initiatives, Ms. Stewart helps organizations navigate complexity with clarity and purpose.

Ms. Stewart is the founder of TrueAnchor Group LLC, a fractional executive leadership company established in 2025 to support organizations facing transformation complexity, competing priorities and execution friction. Through the firm, she partners with executive leaders to bridge the gap between strategy and execution by designing operating models, governance frameworks and leadership structures that help large-scale initiatives advance with alignment, accountability and momentum.
In an interview with Marquis Who's Who, she explained that her work is guided by a proprietary Anchor-Architect-Activate approach. In the first phase, she helps leadership teams clarify strategy, identify misalignment and uncover governance friction. She then designs the decision structures, operating rhythms and resources needed to support execution.
Finally, she helps embed those systems so leadership teams can operate more effectively before she steps back or continues in a limited fractional support role. This model reflects her belief that sustainable transformation requires more than a strong vision. It also requires decision clarity, disciplined execution and shared ownership across business and technology functions.
Before launching her own firm, Ms. Stewart built a distinguished career in corporate leadership, including several roles at Bayer AG and Monsanto Company (now Bayer Crop Science). At Bayer, she served as IT director of digital transformation, marketing, pricing and product portfolio from 2020 to 2024.
Earlier, she served as IT director of customer experience, IT director of digital marketing and IT lead for regional brands supply chain. Across these roles, she led and supported initiatives involving enterprise applications, digital platforms, supply chain systems, pricing and commercial capabilities, data and analytics, technology operations and cross-functional delivery.
One of Ms. Stewart's most significant achievements was restructuring a struggling $60 million global digital transformation program at Bayer. The initiative involved more than 6,000 stakeholders across regions, functions and work streams. By developing the operating model and ways of working needed to connect the effort, she helped leaders clarify purpose, align priorities and execute more efficiently. The experience remains a defining example of her ability to restore momentum in complex environments.
Her additional accomplishments include designing a business customer experience transformation that aligned 10 programs into a unified enterprise roadmap, delivering more than 150 capabilities and driving growth through a strategic rewards platform. It also scaled digital leadership bootcamps and forums, accelerating adoption and engagement among thousands of stakeholders. Earlier in her career, she developed experience in customer support, enterprise delivery and operational improvement through roles at Monsanto and Maritz.
Ms. Stewart earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing management from Missouri State University and a Master of Science in computer information systems from Webster University. She also holds credentials as a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute, a Six Sigma Green Belt and an IT Service Management Foundation Professional. She is affiliated with PMI St. Louis and ISACA, an international professional association focused on technology governance, risk and information systems leadership.
Throughout her career, Ms. Stewart has been recognized through multiple professional honors, including awards from Monsanto for leadership, thought leadership, release management and project performance. Her background also includes an early internship with Walt Disney World, an experience that contributed to her appreciation for customer experience, operational discipline and organizational excellence.
Looking ahead, Ms. Stewart plans to scale TrueAnchor Group in a measured way by adding a small team of professionals who share her focus on governance, execution and transformation leadership. She remains committed to helping companies align strategy, people, technology and operating discipline in ways that produce meaningful results.
"Stacy Stewart exemplifies the caliber of strategic execution leader Marquis Who's Who is proud to chronicle," the editorial team stated. "Her work in organizational alignment, digital transformation and fractional executive leadership reflects a career defined by clarity, service and a commitment to helping organizations move from vision to coordinated action."
