As COVID-19 delivers a terrible toll in India, where Truist has contractors who do so much to support us, we’re living our value of Caring through a $150,000 donation from the Truist Foundation to United Way Worldwide’s India COVID-19 Relief Fund. This support will help the most acutely impacted people in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi NCR, Uttarakhand, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Odisha, and Bihar. Specifically, the funding will support health care workers with essentials and provide food, shelter, hygiene kits and more.
