(Matthew Du, NewsUSA Reporter) - An unidentified pedestrian was struck fatally by a train on the west of Cheshire Bridge Road, Atlanta, as they were reported to be trespassing on railroad property. The investigation is ongoing and centered on the area at the back of The Heretic Atlanta nightclub, which was right in front of the said railroad tracks. 

CSX Transportation officials report that the train and person came into contact at 6:13 AM, with the local Fire Department and Police immediately rushing to the scene, responding to any injuries of the victim. Details are still limited as authorities work to determine the sequence of events leading to the fatality.
