In the updated range is the 3M-Matic™ Adjustable Case Sealer 2000a which comes with 3M™ AccuGlide™ NPH+ taping heads. This powerful and efficient machine is designed to seal up to 40 uniform regular slotted containers per minute on both the top and bottom seams. Users can adjust the side guides to align boxes while a robust gear motor delivers plenty of power to the lower belt drive.
Other notable features include 3M-Matic™ Casters with a lock and swivel mechanism, making it easy to move the machine to different production areas as needed. The 3M-Matic™ Box Hold-Down Attachment keeps goods securely in place while keeping operators’ hands free during the sealing process.
Case Sealers’ expanded 3M range also includes the 3M-Matic™ Case Sealer 7000r3 Pro With 3″ 3M™ AccuGlide™ 3Taping Head. With automatic adjustment for varying case widths and heights, this machine can bind up to 24 different case sizes per minute.
The 7000r3 uses photo-eye technology to center cartons and apply accurate sealing. Cases are protected thanks to the low impact of the 3M™ AccuGlide™ 3 Taping Heads - with tape size interchangeable between 2 and 3 inches.
