World Oral Health Day (WOHD) is an annual world wide event held annually around the world. This year it is on Monday, March 20th. It was created as a way to help spread understanding on why good dental and oral hygiene is so important. WOHD is meant to help people learn why their oral health matters, how they can have good oral health, and how bad oral health can lead to further problems. The main purpose of this event is to help people feel empowered to take control of securing their oral health with the tools and knowledge they need to do so.
