Gainesville, Florida – Bagen Law Accident Injury Lawyers, P.A. is marking more than 40 years representing injured people across North Central Florida. The firm opened its doors in 1983 and has since grown from a single Gainesville office to five locations covering Gainesville, Ocala, Daytona Beach and Newberry, while staying focused only on personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Founder Steven A. Bagen started the practice handling car accidents and wrongful death claims. Four decades later, the firm is run by Bagen alongside attorney Kyle J. The anniversary follows a run of recognition from legal peer-review organizations. Both Steven A. Bagen and Kyle J. Over the past 40 years, the firm says it has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for injured clients, including a $20 million settlement in a trucking case and jury verdicts exceeding $4 million in motorcycle accident cases. The firm takes those cases on a contingency basis, meaning clients pay nothing upfront and owe a fee only if the firm recovers money for them.

Kyle J.
