(NASDAQ: WWD) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.32 per share, an increase of 14 percent from the prior quarter’s dividend of $0.28 per share. The dividend will be payable on March 5, 2026, for stockholders of record as of February 19, 2026.
