Singapore - February 04, 2026 - AI Account Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based provider of cloud accounting software, announced that it has been awarded ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS) after completing independent audits under two internationally recognized accreditation frameworks.

The certifications were issued by TNV System Certification Pvt. Ltd., an International Accreditation Forum (IAF)-accredited certification body, and ISOCert Pte. Ltd., Singapore, an IAF member and a certification body accredited by the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC). The completion of both audits confirms that AI Account’s information security controls have been assessed against the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is a globally recognized framework that defines requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system. The standard emphasizes a risk-based approach to protecting information assets, including data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
The certification scope covers the governance, development, operation, and support of AI Account’s cloud-based accounting platform. This includes the company’s applications, infrastructure, customer data environments, financial records, and supporting systems. The assessment evaluates how security measures are applied across the full lifecycle of the platform, from system design through ongoing operations.
According to the certification bodies, the audits reviewed organizational policies, technical safeguards, access controls, incident response procedures, and monitoring processes. These assessments were conducted to determine whether the company’s controls align with the requirements outlined in the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 framework.
“Security is not a one-time exercise for us; being certified by more than one ISO auditor reflects how seriously we treat information security and the importance we place on independent validation of our systems and controls,” said Tommy Teo, Co-Founder of AI Account Pte. Ltd.
Independent certification is commonly used by organizations to demonstrate that information security practices are formally defined and reviewed against international standards. For businesses evaluating cloud-based accounting software, such certification provides third-party confirmation that security management processes are in place and subject to external oversight.
AI Account provides accounting system software to accounting firms and businesses operating in multiple jurisdictions. Its platform supports features such as multi-currency accounting, inventory management, project tracking, and automated invoicing within a cloud-based environment. The certification applies specifically to the systems and processes used to support these functions.
The ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification reflects the company’s alignment with established information security management requirements as of January 28, 2026. As part of the certification process, compliance with the standard is subject to periodic surveillance audits to ensure continued adherence to its requirements.
AI Account stated that the certification is part of its ongoing approach to managing information security risks and maintaining structured governance over its cloud accounting platform.
