In this role, Rob will work directly with O2’s management teams on a variety of initiatives with a particular focus on organic growth.

Prior to joining O2, Rob co-founded Cimarron Investment Group, where he acquired a founder-led business and led it as CEO through its transition to institutional ownership. He previously served as Chief of Staff at CFS Brands, where he drove the company’s commercial transformation. Earlier in his career, he held commercial and strategy leadership roles at Danaher and GE. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. from Marquette University.
