This new deployment gives MetroList users access to innovative Restb.ai-powered features designed to save time, improve listing quality, and create new search experiences: AI-generated alt-text for property photos, photo-driven autofill for property listings and AI Picture Search.

Using computer vision technology, Restb.ai integration automatically scans every image uploaded to the MLS, creating editable image descriptions that support screen readers, strengthen ADA and WCAG compliance, and improve search engine visibility. These image captions are also shared with third-party syndication partners, expanding listing reach and supporting visually impaired users.
