Veteran RiskTech leader to share strategies for unlocking the full potential of risk technology investments
Riskonnect, the leader in integrated risk management (IRM) solutions, today announced that Patrick J. O’Neill, founder and president of Redhand Advisors, has joined the Risk@Work webinar series.
O’Neill has more than three decades of experience in risk and insurance management information systems, claims management systems, integrated risk management solutions, and other risk-focused technologies. Since founding Redhand in 2015, he has consistently helped organizations maximize their technology investments while incubating innovative solutions to meet evolving market needs.
“Too often, organizations treat their risk technology as a static tool rather than a dynamic driver of insight and value,” said O’Neill. “When leaders leverage and integrate their risk management tech stack to its full potential, it becomes an engine for better decision-making and measurable business impact. I’m excited to join the Risk@Work community and share practical, forward-looking strategies to help organizations unlock that potential and prepare for a new era of emerging risks.”
O’Neill will lead the following Risk@Work sessions on September 18, 2025, and December 18, 2025, both at 11am ET:
- Maximizing Your RMIS: A Comprehensive Guide to Efficiency and Utilization: RMIS represents a significant investment in organizational risk capabilities, yet many companies use only a fraction of their system’s functionality. Patrick will provide a practical framework for maximizing RMIS value through strategic configuration, workflow optimization, and advanced feature adoption. The session will offer actionable strategies for overcoming common adoption challenges, integrating RMIS data with enterprise systems, and measuring ROI through meaningful metrics.
- Future of Risk Tech: The 2026 Vision: Organizations are facing both unprecedented capabilities and emerging complexities from AI, advanced technologies, and emerging risk domains. This session examines key trends shaping the 2026 risk technology landscape, including generative AI, autonomous risk operations, real-time risk monitoring, and predictive and prescriptive analytics maturity. Attendees will gain strategic guidance for technology investment planning, system modernization, and capability building to address accelerating risk complexity.
Risk@Work is an educational webinar series that addresses the real-world challenges risk managers face every day. Attendees can earn CPE credits while learning from independent experts on topics ranging from governance, risk, and compliance to the latest innovations transforming the way companies manage risk.
“We’re excited to welcome Patrick to the Risk@Work lineup,” said Andrea Brody, chief marketing officer at Riskonnect. “Pat’s deep expertise and forward-thinking approach will give our audience the tools they need to not only maximize today’s capabilities but also anticipate and adapt to tomorrow’s challenges.”
