Klauer's 40,200-square-foot facility, including 2,000 square feet of office space, will warehouse and manufacture residential roof flashing products to better serve markets in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas.

The Klauer Texas facility is set to open in August 2025 as a warehouse, with full manufacturing capabilities launching in the early part of Q4. The 40,200-square-foot facility, including 2,000 square feet of office space, will warehouse and manufacture residential roof flashing products to better serve markets in Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas.
