“Randall’s deep experience in proxy contests, fiduciary duty claims and securities litigation will further strengthen our cross-disciplinary approach and reinforce our dedication to delivering thoughtful, results-driven advocacy,” said Russell Johnston, partner and co-chair of the Firm’s Litigation & Investigations Group.

“His expertise in navigating complex disputes in the evolving financial and digital asset landscapes will be instrumental as we continue to expand our capabilities and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients,” added Michael Watling, partner and co-chair of the Firm’s Litigation & Investigations Group.
