In 2025, Travis Manion Foundation acquired The Mission Continues, bringing more opportunities for Veterans to find community, lead and serve. Travis Manion Foundation’s best-in-class programs are designed to invest in and bring together Veterans, families of the fallen, youth and inspired civilians from all walks of life. The programs give community members a chance to honor the legacy of fallen heroes through service.
“By supporting Travis Manion Foundation’s service projects this November, Navy Federal is empowering Veterans to strengthen local communities, build connections and find renewed purpose through service,” said Ryan Manion, CEO of Travis Manion Foundation. “When Veterans step up as leaders in their communities, they inspire others to lead with character. We're grateful for Navy Federal's generosity and look forward to serving alongside their members through our Veterans in Service projects.”
Navy Federal is encouraging members to engage in Travis Manion Foundation’s Veterans in Service projects to help strengthen their local communities. Likewise, the credit union is hosting employee volunteer events at its Virginia, California and Florida campuses with Soldiers’ Angels, where team members can make no-sew blankets that will be distributed within the military communities Soldiers’ Angels supports.
“These nonprofit partnerships reflect the values Veterans represent—courage, character and selfless service—and strengthen our commitment through impactful give-back initiatives,” added Dinia.
The credit union serves over 2 million Veterans in its global membership base. For more information on how Navy Federal serves the Veteran community, visit navyfederal.org/veterans.

Travis Manion Foundation: Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) unites communities to strengthen America's national character by investing in Veterans and families of fallen heroes to lead and serve in their communities. In 2007, 1stLt Travis Manion (USMC) was killed in Iraq while saving his wounded teammates. Today, Travis' legacy lives on in the words he spoke before leaving for his final deployment, “If Not Me, Then Who...” Guided by this mantra, Veterans continue their service, develop strong relationships with their communities and thrive in their post-military lives. As a result, communities prosper and the character of our nation's heroes lives on in the next generation.
