The API formalizes formation as a two-step flow; create a customer, submit a company formation, with asynchronous progress delivered over signature-verified webhooks. A platform can take a user from idea to a real US company with entity filing, EIN, and registered agent support included, requiring no US residency and no Social Security Number, and removing the step that has long stalled non-resident founders trying to activate, bank, or scale.

doola is the only company to have shipped a formation MCP running in six real production environments today across Replit, Claude, Lovable, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Vercel, making company formation something an agent can execute rather than merely recommend.
